This year’s Meeting of Minds was a series of 4 x 90-minute live broadcasts (webinars), for clinicians with an interest in ADHD in adults.

The series kicked off with the hot topic of ADHD and comorbidity, exploring some of the mental health conditions that commonly co-exist with ADHD in adults. Building upon this, differential diagnosis was covered in the 2nd webinar, highlighting some of the overlapping signs and symptoms of ADHD and other mental health conditions, aiming to help general adult psychiatrists more easily spot and recognise ADHD, particularly in adults with coexisting conditions. Our experts addressed the question “What do general adult psychiatrists really need to know?”

Building upon the learnings around ADHD and comorbidity and differential diagnosis, the 3rd webinar considered how to improve clinical outcomes for adults with ADHD and coexisting conditions. The 4th webinar concluded the series by illustrating how to optimise the treatment of ADHD in adults.
